Right of Withdrawal
At Alvoria, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise your right of withdrawal under the following conditions.
1. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase without providing any reason within 14 days from the date of product delivery.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a written notification including your withdrawal request via email or through our contact page.
After submitting your withdrawal request, you must return the product to us within 14 days at the latest.
2. Conditions for Returning Products
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, complete, and in resellable condition.
- Due to hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned. These include underwear, cosmetics, and personal care items, which cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened.
- The returned product must be sent along with the invoice.
3. Return Process and Refund
- Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions.
- For returns under the right of withdrawal, the product price will be refunded to you within 14 days, using the same payment method you originally used.
- Shipping costs will only be covered by us in cases of defective or incorrect product deliveries. In all other cases, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
4. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Products that are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons after use.
- Digital content and downloadable software.
